The purpose of Citizen Self Service is to provide a central location for online citizen service requests and online payments. You can log in, retrieve your bill, make payments, and submit change requests.
Currently, Citizen Self Service supports Utility Billing and General Billing services (Alarm Permits). We expect additional services such as Business Tax Receipts to be added in the future. If you need assistance with services not support, please contact the associate department.
