Duties & Responsibilities

The City of Daytona Beach Shores has approximately 100 full-time and part-time employees. The Human Resources (HR) Director assists all employees who have questions or issues with benefits, payroll, leave accrual, insurance and worker's compensation. All personnel records are stored and managed in the HR office.
