The City of Daytona Beach Shores is currently issuing hurricane passes to residents, property owners, and business owners and their essential personnel. If you have obtained a pass from previous years, you do not need a replacement. A driver's license with a Daytona Beach Shores address may still be used. However, a Hurricane Pass will expedite your return in the event of a storm evacuation.
Hurricane Passes will be available through the mail. To obtain a pass please send a self- addressed stamped envelope with proof of residency or ownership. (i.e, a copy of tax bill, electric bill, etc.)
Please mail to Joanne Sweeney at:
Daytona Beach Shores Department of Public Safety
3050 S Atlantic Avenue
Daytona Beach Shores, FL 32118
Hurricane Passes can be obtained at the Daytona Beach Shores City Hall located at 2990 S Atlantic Avenue or at the Daytona Beach Shores Department of Public Safety located at 3050 South Atlantic Avenue. Proof of residency or ownership is required. Passes are available for pickup Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
For additional information, please contact Joanne Sweeney at 386-763-5333.
